In an underreported news item that received little attention outside of jewish news sites and Israeli media; the Lubavitch Chabad has been formally and publicly chastised by Britain’s ‘Charity Commission’ for engaging in illegal fundraising for the IDF.
On this ‘World Israel News’ writes that:
‘The UK government issued a stern “final warning” to Chabad, chastising the Jewish outreach organization for fundraising to benefit the IDF shortly after the October 7 attacks.
Trustees of Chabad Lubavitch Centers in North East London and Essex received a letter from the UK’s Charity Commission stating that Chabad had acted “outside the charity’s purposes” and that the organization’s trustees failed to “safeguard its best interests and its reputation.”
The letter also accused Chabad’s trustees of engaging in “misconduct” and “mismanagement” for permitting the campaign.
Some 180 complaints were filed against Chabad for a fundraiser it launched the day after the terror onslaught. The campaign, which lasted until January 2024, raised £2,280 ($2,780.) The money was raised to help Israeli soldiers stationed on the Lebanese border who had come under attack by Hezbollah starting on October 8, 2023.
“In the immediate aftermath of 7 October, there was concern, fueled by social media reports, that due to the haste and sheer numbers of reservists being called up, there was not anything like enough winter clothing and protective gear to keep these young people safe from harm. Understandably, our community wanted to help,” Chabad told the Jewish Chronicle.
“We acknowledge that in facilitating a campaign to provide warm clothing and the like, however briefly and however modest its results, the charity exceeded its purposes and we are grateful for the guidance provided by the Charity Commission to ensure that this won’t happen again.”
According to the JC, Chabad listed its charitable goals in the UK as being “to advance the Orthodox Jewish religion, advance Orthodox Jewish education, and to relieve poverty and sickness.”
Therefore, raising money for the IDF falls outside of those stated purposes.
“It is not lawful, or acceptable, for a charity to raise funds to support a soldier of a foreign military. Our official warning requires the charity to set things right and is a clear message to other charities to stay true to their established purposes,” said Helen Earner, director for Regulatory Services at the Charity Commission.
Under UK law, charities based in the country are not permitted to fundraise for foreign militaries.’ (1)
Now to summarise this by picking out the key points:
A) This is a ‘Final Warning’ from the ‘Charity Commission’ to the Lubavitch Chabad.
B) The money was raised between 8th October 2023 and January 2024.
C) The money was raised for soldiers in a foreign military which is illegal.
D) Lubavitch Chabad’s charitable status does not include raising money for the IDF.
Now what the ‘World Israel News’ article leaves out is the context of this ‘Final Warning’ to the Lubavitch Chabad by the ‘Charity Commission’, which is included in the official British government statement on the matter:
‘Chabad Lubavitch Centres North East London and Essex Limited set up a fundraising page in October 2023 to raise funds for a soldier of the IDF stationed in northern Israel. The page, which was eventually removed in January 2024, raised around £2,280. Of those monies, £937 was sent directly to an individual soldier. The trustees are unable to account for how those funds were spent. The remaining funds were spent on non-lethal military equipment purchased by the trustees and sent to the same soldier in Israel.’ (2)
It further clarifies that:
‘Charities with appropriate purposes can, in law, raise funds to promote the efficiency of the UK armed forces. However, providing aid or military supplies to any foreign armed force is not a charitable purpose, and no charity can legally undertake such activity.’ (3)
And:
‘It is not lawful, or acceptable, for a charity to raise funds to support a soldier of a foreign military.’ (4)
In other words: the Lubavitch had quite stridently violated their own stated purpose and had actually sent directly money to a soldier actively fighting in a foreign military (the IDF) who then used the money in unknown ways – possibly to buy equipment to murder non-jews or just on ‘sex, drugs and rock’n’roll’ – and that the money was never really intended for ‘promoting Judaism’ as the ‘Charity Commission’ understood it.
However, as we know – and the ‘Charity Commission’ apparently doesn’t - the Lubavitch Chabab views non-jews such as sub-humans (5) and that this is part of a broader trend in Israeli society. (6) This is further indicated by the fact that this act of borderline support of terrorism by the Lubavitch Chabad should have really led to them being suspended from their charitable (and hence tax exempt) status by the ‘Charity Commission’ and put on the list of terrorist organizations was protested by implication by Imogen Garfinkel in ‘The Jewish Chronicle’ (7) as well as by articles in the ‘Times of Israel’ and syndicated by JTA. (8)
No doubt Garfinkel et al were thinking in the logic used to ‘justify’ Jonathan Pollard’s espionage on behalf of Israel against the United States military which is that ‘you can’t spy on an ally’ that is both bizarre and simply incorrect.
In truth if the British government wasn’t controlled by jews and their myrmidons then it might have had the balls to do what was necessary and the declare the Lubavitch Chabad as a terrorist organization and deploy SCO19 to kick in the doors of the leading Lubavitchers and drag them off to HMP Belmarsh!

Good work Karl (as always). Please keep up with your commitment. All the best!
To allow Jews into your nation but then not expect them to act like Jews is madness.
