Meir Dascalowitz: Jewish Child Molester

In yet another instance of an ultra-Orthodox jew raping a child and getting preferential treatment from the American legal system we have the case of Meir Dascalowitz who tried and imprisoned in 2013 for anally raping a fifteen year old boy in Brooklyn. (1)

As Josh Saul explained at the time in the ‘New York Post’:

‘An Orthodox Jewish man who pleaded guilty to raping a young Brooklyn boy in a ritual bath was sentenced to five years behind bars today, as his victim’s mom called him a “monster of an animal.”

Meir Dascalowitz, 29, pleaded guilty to sexual abuse in Brooklyn Supreme Court last month for forcing himself on his mentally-disabled victim.

“We cried a lot and had and still have endless sleepless nights,” the victim’s mother said in court before Dascalowitz was sentenced. “What this monster of an animal did to a precious diamond is unforgivable.”

Assistant district attorney Kevin O’Donnell, who also prosecuted convicted sex abuser Nechemya Weberman, read aloud a statement from Dascalowitz’s victim.

“He did a terrible crime,” the victim said in the statement. “I have been hurt and the hurt will continue throughout my life … I hope you will never the opportunity to hurt any child again.”

Dascalowitz had faced 32 counts of felony and misdemeanor sex abuse but pleaded guilty to just one count of sexual abuse in the second degree.

Mordechai Jungreis, the victim’s father, has said his family was exiled from his Orthodox community for reporting the abuse to outside authorities.’ (2)

Perhaps predictably the jews around Dascalowitz tried everything possible to get him off with a whopping thirty pre-trial hearings occurring as his (jewish) lawyers tried desperately to find away to claim that Dascalowitz didn’t rape the boy – he had formally confessed to it in 2010 – (3) by claiming that because of his ‘low IQ’ he was criminally not responsible for his actions (4) all the way to having the local ultra-Orthodox shun and harass the victim and his family. (5)

This naturally forgets that Dascalowitz’s victim was ‘mentally disabled’ and that in truth Dascalowitz was the more competent one of the two by all accounts, but it does show far jews will go to defend their own from gentile justice just because it is… well... not jewish.

Indeed how they got Dascalowitz’s sentence knocked down from 32 counts of ‘felony and misdemeanor sex abuse’ to just one count of sexual abuse is that Dascalowitz was once again offered a sweetheart plea deal with Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes – who as we have seen gave similar such deals to Rabbi Joel Kolko, (6) Nechemya Weberman (7) and Rabbi Yechiel Brauner (8) around the same time – in return for ultra-Orthodox political and financial support for his re-election campaign(s). Indeed Dascalowitz was paroled sometime in 2017 and moved to Pomona, New York (10) where ‘Frum Follies’ documented the situation:

‘I was contacted earlier today by a longtime employee of Merkaz, Joseph Goldstein, who updated me on Dascalowitz and his relationship with Merkaz.

According to Goldstein, Dascalowitz was released from a halfway house into the custody of the owner of Merkaz Seforim, who agreed to be responsible for him. In accordance with the terms of Dascalowitz’s parole, the owner found him an apartment in Pomona, NY, and agreed to let him spend time in the stockroom of Merkaz Seforim. Meir Dascalowitz was not an employee of Merkaz Seforim.

It seems, according to Goldstein, that while there, Dascalowitz did not limit himself to the stockroom. He conversed with customers, and told people that he was an employee of Merkaz Seforim. Other sources have confirmed that Dascalowitz claimed employment at Merkaz, and that Dascalowitz had asked them for money.

When this was posted yesterday, and people started contacting Merkaz about Dascalowitz, the decision was made, according to Goldstein, to send Dascalowitz home, and bar him from returning to the store. As of now, it seems Dascalowitz is confined to his home in Pomona, NY.

That said, I would recommend that Dascalowitz’s picture still be shared among various WhatsApp, and other community groups, and that community mikvahs be put on alert.’ (11)

Put another way: the jewish community managed to get Dascalowitz out early on parole and then predictably tried to use Dascalowitz as free labour in return, while Dascalowitz for his part was busy trying to con money out of customers at the shop at which he was working.

I think we can guess that it is only a matter of time till another male child is forcibly sodomized by Dascalowitz.
