One of the weirder jewish invention myths I have come across is that provided by ‘MNews’ but note repeatedly elsewhere whereby they claim that jews invented the first gasoline-powered automobile/car.
They write that:
‘Siegfried Samuel Marcus – First automobile
In 1864, engineer and mechanic Siegfried Marcus created one of the first self-propelled gasoline-powered vehicles, and thus became the inventor of the first automobile.’ (1)
The problem with this of course is that the first car was invented by Frenchman Nicolas-Joseph Cugnot in 1769 which was steam-powered (2) followed by the electric car in 1839 by a Scot named Robert Anderson (3) and the first gasoline-powered car was invented by Englishman George Baldwin Selden in 1876. (4)
Although Selden never produced a production vehicle; he did collect royalties for his invention, and it was Karl Friedrich Benz and Gottlieb Daimler who simultaneously innovated and then built the first production car in 1886. (5)
But where does Siegfried Samuel Marcus come in?
Mary Bellis explains this adroitly in her article on who invented the automobile at ‘Thought Co’ when she writes that:
‘If Siegfried Marcus built his second car in 1875 and it was as claimed, it would have been the first vehicle powered by a four-cycle engine and the first to use gasoline as a fuel, the first having a carburetor for a gasoline engine and the first having a magneto ignition. However, the only existing evidence indicates that the vehicle was built circa 1888/89 — too late to be first.’ (6)
The problem you see is that despite jews claiming it as their priority via Marcus as Bellis implies has been done a significant amount: there simply isn’t evidence of this. It is just hot air and based wholly on conjecture without evidence in a desire to claim an invention for the jews and sod the evidence.
Without that then the invention of the first gasoline-powered automobile/car must be assigned not to Marcus but to either Selden or Benz and Daimler.
That is the reality of the situation despite what jews wish to claim!
