Hoax Alert: The Swastikas of Stamford (2023)
Back in October 2023 in the wake of the successful Hamas surprise attack that launched the presently raging Israeli-Hamas War; there was a spate of random swastikas occurring at the Academy of Information Technology & Engineering (AITE) campus in Stamford, Connecticut.
‘The Independent’ wrote at the time how:
‘Police in Connecticut are investigating after swastikas were found drawn on a high school campus for the second time since the outbreak of conflict in the Middle East.
The latest symbols were discovered on Friday by students on the tennis courts of the AITE campus, in Stamford. The action was condemned by authorities as “abhorrent and antisemitic”.
A statement – written by Stamford Mayor Caroline Simmons, Board of Education president Jackie Heftman and district superintendent Tamu Lucero – said this was the second time such “symbols of hate” had been drawn since the brutal attacks by Hamas on October 7.
The statement said it was unclear if the vandalism had been perpetrated by a member of the public, or a student.’ (1)
So basically, swastikas were drawn on the AITE campus twice since 7th October 2023 and this is just assumed to be an ‘anti-Semitic hate crime’ by the authorities even though while it might be students and/or members of the public upset by the brutal Israeli response (carpet bombing Gaza and arguably committing war crimes) to the Hamas surprise attacks.
Other possibilities also exist such as it being completely unrelated to ‘anti-Semitism’ and instead just being a transgressive symbol like a Satanic pentagram would be back in the 1960s-1990s.
Another is that it was jews who themselves drew these swastikas in ‘order to bring awareness about rising anti-Semitism’ – which is not an uncommon occurrence – (2) and is a reasonable solution given the additional information provided
And in a separate article in ‘The Independent’ we further learn that:
‘The statement – written by Stamford Mayor Caroline Simmons, Board of Education president Jackie Heftman and district superintendent Tamu Lucero – denounced the act as “abhorrent” and antisemitic.
“Everyone in our community – especially the young people who attend our schools – deserve respect and to live, work, and learn without fear of being targeted based on their faith, nationality, race, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation,” the officials wrote.
“The students who reported this latest example of hate should be commended for setting a positive example for everyone in our community,” they added.
Following the incident, city and school officials informed members of Stamford’s Jewish faith community and are taking steps to implement “anti-bias programming” in the district’s middle and high schools, the statement said.’ (3)
In essence AITE and/or Stamford have a significant jewish population and all of a sudden, these two swastikas with zero context as to why they drawn appear in the wake of 7th October and the resultant jewish shrieking about ‘rising anti-Semitism’.
Yet the response isn’t to investigate but is instead to give everyone else ‘tolerance’ and ‘anti-bias’ (aka ‘how to be pro-Israel’ for dummies) training in effect.
If we apply the simple crime-solving logic of cui bono (who benefits?) to this situation then it is clear that there is only one beneficiary: the jews.
Thus if only the jews benefit and they can plausibly have drawn the swastikas themselves then surely the jews of AITE and Stamford are prime suspects for this so-called ‘anti-Semitic hate crime’: are they not?
