According to an article published by the ‘Jewish Daily Forward’ and written by a jewess named Marcy Oster; there was an ‘anti-Semitic hate crime’ in Crown Heights, Brooklyn in 2019 that deserves an amused mention.
The alleged ‘anti-Semitic hate crime’ is narrated by Oster as follows:
‘A Jewish man was attacked by a group of teenage black males in Crown Heights.
The young man, 19, was “violently assaulted,” Collive reported, and is being investigated by the New York Police Department in conjunction with the Hate Crimes Task Force.
One member of the group of teens approached the Jewish man as he walked past a local laundromat and asked him, “Do you want to fight?” The teenager then began to punch the Jewish man in the face and knocked him to the ground, Collive reported.
The victim was taken to Maimonides Hospital to be treated for light injuries.
The group of teens fled. A nearby security camera captured the teens on video though not the actual assault, according to the report.
There have been several assaults on identifiably Jewish victims in Crown Heights over the last year.’ (1)
The narrative in ‘The Algemeiner’ adds the following point of note:
‘The NYPD 71st Precinct’s investigation is taking place in coordination with the city’s Hate Crime Task Force.’ (2)
Now note that no one has alleged that these teenage black kids attacked the jew – who we may presume was ultra-Orthodox – because of ‘anti-Semitism’ as there is (still) no evidence of ‘anti-Semitic’ comments or ideas behind the attack. Instead it just seems to be the normal day-to-day aggression common to black males hence the ‘want a fight’ comment.
The fact that jews are - as usual - claiming this was an ‘anti-Semitic hate crime’ and it was being investigated as such by the NYPD suggests both that to jews even an attack not motivated by ‘anti-Semitism’ is ‘anti-Semitic’ because it targeted a jew and that the NYPD’s 71 Precinct is in effect run by the local jewish community.
